Due to our high volume of orders, ALL catering orders must be placed online, up to 10 days in advance. Please click HERE to get started.

Unfortunately, we cannot add additional items to your order. We can only remove any items that need to be cancelled. If you would like to add an item to an existing order, please place a separate order and reference your initial order number in the notes section. We will ensure the orders are linked and arrive together. If your first order is a delivery order, please do not place a second delivery order—simply place this as a pickup order and make the reference to link orders in the notes section. This will ensure both orders arrive together at the same time. If you need to remove an item from your order, please email sarah@greenandthegrain.com.

All online orders include a 10% service fee. Any delivery orders will include an additional 10% service fee. Delivery order tips are 100% remitted to the delivery driver.

We now outsource our online order deliveries under $500 to third party drivers. When you place your order through Chownow, you should receive an email with a tracker and status of your driver in real time.

Should you have an issue with your delivery order, please text 1.888.707.2469 and reference your order number + issue. They can work directly with the driver to resolve the issue.

For Doordash orders, please contact their customer service via their website / app.

Cancellations may be accepted 24 hours prior to the confirmed delivery or pickup date for a full refund. Orders canceled after 24 hours will be charged 50% of the total. Any order that has been put into production will be charged in full.
